What factors do you guys take into consideration when table and seat selecting?
This I know is a vital skill in a winning poker players repertoire and I'm pretty new to it.

So far I look for
- tables with high plyrs to flop %, low pot
- plyrs I know to be worse than me (bigger fish than me)
- I avoid having a maniac to my immediate left or a player I know to be much better than me

and thats it -

any pointers you guys can give me would be great
