Feeling really positive this month. More confident and happy in life and in poker. Had a quick sweat with griz who seemed to think i was playing decent. He gave me some pointers on things I could try and work in to my game that I don't do enough. Mainly just betting for the sake of it instead of having a decent reason for betting.

I've been assaulting some of the 5/10 and 10/20 HU games on FTP, which I actually think are pretty soft. Lots of bumhunters but they're like NLHE converts...

I'm back in Bristol. I'm going to grind some 5/10. I'm going to play no more than six tables to stop myself auto-piloting and to maximize my winrate.

This graph looks bad but I'm running basically at EV money-wise over my lifetime database so I pretty much deserved it. I've been at my Mum's house and basically just sat on my arse and played Fallout 3 all weekend. Went for a few pints with my Dad and discussed some things. I've been feeling pretty down recently with life and this weekend back home is exactly what I need to get my head screwed...

So I'm going back to my Mum's house for the weekend just to take a break from poker - chill for a couple of days. I've had this earache for the last week or so and I'm kind of going a bit deaf in my left ear so it's not the greatest - should probably get that sorted out too. I've felt too shit to go to the gym for a while now, which is annoying because I was actually getting in to a pretty god routine for a while. I'm sure I'll get back on track quickly.

Just had a bit of a setback. Very aggro match vs William at 25/50 and managed to drop 60k - basically destroying any hope I had at breaking even this month. I think only 20 of it was to William but other assorted bullshit added to it. Alexeimartov running hot and just owning my soul plus a fairly healthy dose of cold-decking. I don't think I really played that badly and I'm glad I quit when I did. Not much to say really - bit bummed out so I'll just post some hands.
