I am back to grinding regularly. i need to get back on a steady gym routine. i must win my vpp prop bet for the month. i also wouldnt mind winning 5-10k in poker for the month. been doing ok in 50c1d and getting killed in 1-2.

i went to Hong Kong and Macau with my girlfriend and had a nice time. it was a good little break to get away from poker. when i got back home i was ready to get back to my winning ways but...............

I am moving down to 50c1d until i can win 50 buyins. i just cant seem to win in 1-2 and it is getting frustrating. i was up about 65k at the end of june. i have been on a horrific downswing and cant take much more. i keep telling myself i am running bad but i obviously am doing somethings...

I ran bad and played even worse. good thing i get a lot in bonuses....I am going to work on my focus and spew sessions for next month and try to quit when i feel myself slipping.





I got 17k in bonuses so i still made chump...

this week was very miserable. i have been playing poker for a living for 7 years and i have never went through anything like this before. when i had the best hand i lost. when i thought i had the best hand i didnt. when i gambled it up with 18 outs i rarely hit. dont want to sound like i am whining but i probably am. i guess this is just part of the deal.

i am moving down to 50c1d to try and get my confidence back. i should set a goal and try to win a certain amount before i go back...
